Click the button above. When the "SignUpGenius" page loads, click the orange SIGN-UP button. At the bottom of the page click the SUMBIT AND SIGN-UP button. In the MY COMMENT field, enter your city and state. Then enter your name and email address. Now click the SIGN UP NOW button.

 

The mobile application may look a little different but should be easy to follow.
